In Malaysia, Malacca is also one of the many states where it is very well known as a tourist attraction. As for the Equatorial Hotel, the rate of the hotel is exactly the same as the Century Mahkota Hotel Melaka which is why, mostly all of the facilities in these two hotels are identical to each other’s. However, despite the fact of having similar services and facilities, there is one major difference that distinguishes both of these hotels. The major difference is that, there are actually two award winning Equatorial signature restaurants, the Golden Phoenix Chinese Restaurant (Chinese and Szechuan dishes) and Kampachi Japanese Restaurant (wide range of Japanese delicacies). Both of these signature restaurants serve a wide range of unique and authentic cuisines to both the guest of the hotels and as well as the outsiders.

Last but not least, for the traveler who yearns for more comfort in his accommodation, the Renaissance Melaka Hotel is definitely the perfect option. To start things off, the rate of this hotel is roughly twice the rate of the Grand Continental Hotel which is RM 236 per night. Besides that, the Renaissance Hotel is also closely located to a 54 holes golf course where it is just 30 minutes away from the hotel.

All of these hotels are located mostly at the town centre or nearby to the town centre, therefore, it is always convenient for the travelers who wish to stroll around the city centre by foot. However, the rate of these hotels may fluctuate in peak or off peak season so therefore, it is best for a traveler to check the updated rate before departing to Malacca for a wonderful holiday.
