Malaysia Resort

In order to enjoy a wonderful holiday here in Malaysia, one of the best place for local and foreign travelers to lodge in are at the hotels which are available anywhere around all the states in Malaysia. In addition to the hotel, another one of the most favorable place for short stay here in Malaysia is a holiday resort. For some people out there, they may be wondering regarding what is the main difference between a hotel and a resort and why would people call a hotel as a hotel and a resort as a resort.

Actually, the truth behind this question is due to the definite reason where normally for a hotel, it can be found almost anywhere and a hotel is very common in all of the states where their location and status varies greatly. On the other hand, as for the resorts, the main difference is that usually for a resort, it is situated at popular location of tourist attractions and in addition to that, a resort basically means it is a place to have fun and a place for recreational activities instead of just a place for lodging in.

In Malaysia, a resort can be easily spotted in a few different types tourist attractions and one of the attractions is the beach area. In Malaysia, there are quite a few numbers of famous beaches around where there are thousands and thousands of travelers flooding into the place annually. For example, there are beaches like Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Redang, Pulau Tioman and Pulau Pangkor. For the resorts in the beach area, besides having proper accommodation for their customers (travelers), the travelers can expect the resort in this area to have a private area of the beachside for their enjoyment such as sun bathing, beach volley ball, sun tan or canoeing. Normally in area such as the beach, besides the beach itself, there aren’t really any other sorts of attraction on that area except for some historical monuments or buildings, therefore, probably most of the time, the resort them self will provide other services such as transport service or water sport activities, all for the enjoyment for their customers.

Aside from the beach resort, another one of the preferred resorts here in Malaysia is the jungle resorts. As we all may or may not know, Malaysia is actually a country with tropical climate, therefore due to this reason, Malaysia has a very huge well preserved forest and surely, this is one of the best place for jungle trekkers to explore around. Some of the famous jungle resorts here in Malaysia are located at places like Sabah, Sarawak and of course, the Taman Negara. In this area, most of the resorts there will be providing services like tour guiding in the jungle trekking, camp site and other daily facilities.

In addition to the beach and the jungle area, another one of the major attractions here in Malaysia is the hill resort (A resort situated on a hill). Actually to tell the truth, there are a lot of ways for people to enjoy a nice and wonderful holiday trip here in Malaysia. Some of the ways are either to travel around staying in a hotel looking for enjoyment outside, or they can choose to stay in a resort where they don’t really need to move anywhere else as the resort itself will provide all sorts of fun and recreational activities for their customers.
