| Labuan belongs to Sabah, at least demographically. And also because a majority of the population has blood links with the people of Sabah. Politically it belongs to Malaysia. |

| actually labuan is belong to sabah,only when datuk harris became the chief minister of sabah,he give the management of labuan to the federal of malaysia. before labuan became the wilaya of malaysia, labuan is under sabah state gorvement. |

| during north borneo time, labuan is belong to north borneo until sabah join to malaysia,it still belongs to sabah,only politically become fedelral of malaysia in 1980. but the land of labuan is still belong to sabah. |

| labuan is belong to federal malaysia.. yes it was part of sabah till the federal gov announced it as federal territory same like putrajaya n kuala lumpur. if people said labuan is sabah becouse malaysia nerest mainland is sabah so we might as well call putrajaya n kuala lumpur as selangor becouse these two federal territory is surrounded by selalngor state.. for me it is not important labuan is sabah or kuala lumpur and putrajaya are selangor because we are 1 MALAYSIA! MALAYSIA BOLEH! |
