| Mickey and Winnie just recently got married. They wanted to build their dream house in Port Dickson. Mickey wanted to please Winnie, so he contracted We Build 4 U Sdn Bhd, a contractor to do the job for them. In the contract Mickey stipulated clearly that he want them to build a bungalow with 5 rooms and a beautiful garden. Among other things, he also wanted the house to be completted before the CNY because they wanted to have a grand celebration during the CNY. When the house was finally completed, Mickey discovered that the house was not according to the term of the agreement. There were only 4 rooms instead of 5, the roof was leaking and the garden was in terrible state. To make things worse, the house was delivered late that was after the CNY. Mickey had to get another contractor to remedy the problem. It was very costly as the remedial work was not easy. Winnie was very upset with hat had happened, she wants to divorce Mickey. He seeks your advice. |

| Mickey do what you can to protect your finances and let her go. If she is going to leave because the house isn't perfect she isn't worth it |
